As a key player in our finance team, you will be instrumental in ensuring the financial health and compliance of our operations across multiple locations in Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

In this role, you will work closely with our Finance Director to manage daily financial activities, including budgeting, financial reporting, and financial analysis. You will also oversee the accounting processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial records. With your strong leadership skills and deep understanding of financial management, you will play a pivotal role in driving the financial success of Good Job Creations. This position offers a competitive salary of IDR 15,000,000 to IDR 25,000,000 per month, along with a comprehensive benefits package and the chance to thrive in a stimulating and supportive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily financial operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, and financial analysis.
• Oversee accounting processes to ensure accurate and timely financial records.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Monitor and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Provide financial support to the management team for strategic decision-making.
• Lead and mentor a team of accountants and financial analysts.
• Collaborate with the Finance Director to develop and implement financial strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management and accounting.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in Advanced Financial Management or a related field is a plus.
