As an HR Generalist at ByteBridge, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding and offboarding. You will use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and Workday to streamline our hiring process and ensure we attract the best talent in the industry. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining employee records, handling payroll, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Conduct initial and final interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Onboard new hires, including completing paperwork, setting up workstations, and introducing them to the company culture.
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities and recognition programs.
• Maintain employee records, including personal data, performance reviews, and training records.
• Handle payroll processing and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and local HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Proficient in using HR software such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and Workday.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a plus.
