📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for HR personnel, focusing on recruitment, employee development, and organizational strategies.
• Create and maintain training materials, including e-learning modules, manuals, and workshops, using tools like SAP SuccessFactors and Cornerstone OnDemand.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of HR professionals.
• Assist in the recruitment process by identifying training needs and designing programs to support hiring and onboarding.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with HR managers and other stakeholders to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to HR personnel, helping them to develop their careers within the company.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in HR training and recruitment, and incorporate this knowledge into your programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR training and development, with a focus on recruitment and employee development.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs using SAP SuccessFactors and Cornerstone OnDemand.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and trends, with the ability to apply this knowledge to training programs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and educate a diverse audience.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in HR training and development is a plus.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment is a significant advantage.
