📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with company policies and regulations.,Prepare and present audit reports to management, highlighting findings and recommendations for improvement.,Identify areas of risk and recommend corrective actions to mitigate these risks.,Collaborate with various departments to gather information and evidence for audits.,Stay updated with industry best practices and regulations to ensure compliance.,Provide training and guidance to staff on internal control procedures and compliance requirements.,Assist in the development and implementation of internal audit plans and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a related field.,Knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and internal control systems.,Familiarity with audit software and tools.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
