Bright Local Berjaya is looking for a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team in Gianyar. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.,Monitor client accounts to ensure they are meeting their targets and objectives.,Provide regular reports and updates on client performance to senior management.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies to improve client engagement.,Attend industry events and conferences to network with clients and stay up-to-date on industry trends.,Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or a related field.,Proven track record of success in managing key client relationships and driving sales growth.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.,Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.,Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
