📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading and managing the sales promotion team, ensuring they meet their targets and deliver exceptional service.
  • Developing and implementing effective sales promotion strategies to drive customer engagement and increase sales.
  • Training and mentoring team members to enhance their sales skills and knowledge.
  • Monitoring sales performance and providing regular feedback to the team.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and execution of sales promotions.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Representing the company at events and promotions to showcase our products and services.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with sales promotion techniques and tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
