As an Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and train staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Manage inventory and ordering processes to maintain optimal stock levels.,Coordinate with the central office to ensure effective communication and support.,Participate in regular staff meetings and contribute to the development of the outlet.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role in a retail or F&B environment.,Proven track record of successfully managing staff and operations.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Experience in the electronics or retail industry is a plus.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
