📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and expansion.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.,Manage and lead a team of business development professionals.,Monitor and analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.,Prepare and present business development reports and proposals to senior management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of business development initiatives.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscape.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
