In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer service and cash transactions with a high level of professionalism and efficiency. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Providing excellent customer service to patients and visitors.,Handling cash transactions accurately and efficiently.,Managing the cash register and ensuring proper record-keeping.,Assisting in the organization and distribution of medical supplies and equipment.,Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.,Assisting in the management of patient records and billing.,Supporting the front desk staff with any additional tasks as needed.,Ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or cashier role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.,Good knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is a plus.,Familiarity with health insurance and billing systems is a plus.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
