You will work closely with the store manager and finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage daily accounting transactions, including invoicing, receivables, and payables.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Support the store manager in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Assist in the preparation of payroll for store staff.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in the preparation of inventory reports.
- Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative accounting or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Microsoft Excel.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with retail operations and processes is a plus.
