📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the assigned region,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency,Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Train and develop the sales team to enhance their performance and skills,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination of activities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the sales or business development field,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong leadership and team management abilities,Familiarity with sales and marketing software and tools,Ability to travel frequently and work in a fast-paced environment
