Makmur Tono Laundry is seeking an experienced Assistant Head Chef to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in managing the kitchen operations, ensuring the quality of our food services, and maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in planning and preparing daily menus.,Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and portioning.,Ensure food quality, safety, and compliance with health regulations.,Manage kitchen staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including inventory management.,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.,Participate in cost control and budgeting for kitchen supplies and ingredients.,Stay updated with culinary trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as an Assistant Chef or similar role.,Proven culinary skills and knowledge of Indonesian cuisine.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work weekends and holidays as required.,High school diploma or equivalent.
