📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products or services
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Assist clients with bookings, reservations, and other travel-related services
• Maintain and update customer records using our in-house CRM system
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service
• Contribute to the team's goals and objectives, helping to drive our company's success

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Familiarity with travel and tourism industry, including local attractions and services
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field (preferred but not required)
