Rumah Sakit Zahra Spareparts is looking for a Deputy Procurement Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the procurement process, including vendor management, purchasing, and inventory control. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process, including vendor selection and contract negotiation.,Maintain and update inventory records and ensure accurate stock levels.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor purchasing activities to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the preparation of purchase orders and invoices.,Support the procurement team in developing and implementing procurement strategies.,Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.,Assist in the development and maintenance of procurement documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including vendor management, purchasing, and inventory control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
