Oversee the financial operations of the company, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.,Provide strategic financial advice to the management.,Manage the company's cash flow and liquidity.,Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.,Oversee the payroll and benefits administration.,Monitor and control the company's expenses and revenues.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Finance Manager role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficiency in financial software and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian financial laws and regulations.
