The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and ready for use. This role offers a competitive salary between Rp 6.000.000 and Rp 8.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition for use.,Schedule and maintain regular vehicle maintenance and servicing.,Monitor vehicle usage and fuel consumption to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.,Oversee driver assignments and ensure they adhere to company policies and regulations.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers for vehicle repairs and maintenance.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies regarding vehicle use.,Provide support and training to drivers as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using computer software for fleet management and record-keeping.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
