📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on HSE best practices and emergency procedures.
• Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics and trends.
• Investigate incidents and accidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HSE considerations are integrated into all aspects of operations.
• Stay up-to-date with evolving HSE regulations and industry standards.
• Promote a culture of safety, health, and environmental responsibility throughout the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environment, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Certification in HSE management systems, such as ISO 45001, ISO 14001, or OHSAS 18001.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international HSE regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using HSE management software, such as SAP, QHSE, or similar.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
