📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards,Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen,Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed,Prepare and maintain accurate food cost records,Participate in menu planning and development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Kitchen Crew or similar role,Experience in managing kitchen staff,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Strong communication and leadership skills,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks,Good understanding of Indonesian cuisine
