📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Provide tax advisory services to clients, including tax planning, compliance, and audits.

Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.

Lead and mentor a team of tax consultants.

Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities.

Prepare and present tax reports and analyses to clients and management.

Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Participate in professional development activities and training.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax consulting or a similar role.

Professional tax certification (e.g., CPA, CT, or equivalent) is a plus.

Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
