📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver training programs that align with company goals and employee development needs.,Identify and assess training needs through employee feedback and performance evaluations.,Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules.,Conduct workshops, seminars, and coaching sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to ensure they meet learning objectives.,Collaborate with department heads to integrate learning and development initiatives into business strategies.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide support and guidance to employees on career development and growth opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a related role.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using training software and e-learning platforms.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for continuous learning.
