Salon Gilang Bakso is looking for a dedicated Machine Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our bakery equipment to ensure smooth production processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Operate and maintain bakery equipment such as ovens, mixers, and slicers.,Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the equipment and workspace.,Monitor production processes to ensure quality and consistency.,Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and implementing solutions.,Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.,Work efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines.,Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies.,Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth production workflow.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in bakery equipment operation.,Familiarity with bakery equipment and production processes.,Good physical condition to handle equipment and materials.,Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.,Attention to detail and commitment to quality.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
