📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates for various job openings, ensuring a high-quality applicant pool.,Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.,Collaborate with department heads to understand job requirements and ensure accurate job postings.,Maintain a strong network of industry contacts to identify potential candidates.,Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
