📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase sales and customer satisfaction.,Follow up on leads and provide information about our products and services.,Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.,Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or issues that may arise.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and sales.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to provide valuable insights to the sales team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in telemarketing or a related field.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong sales and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,High school diploma or equivalent.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
