Lead and manage the Global Wealth Business Management team in Indonesia, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients.,Develop and implement strategies to enhance the competitiveness and profitability of the wealth management business in the region.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other internal teams to drive business growth.,Monitor and analyze market trends and economic conditions to identify opportunities and risks for the wealth management business.,Oversee the development and implementation of new products and services to meet the evolving needs of clients.,Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies to maintain the integrity and reputation of the business.,Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.,A minimum of 15 years of experience in wealth management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.,Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a wealth management business in a regional or global context.,Strong understanding of Indonesian financial markets and regulatory environment.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other internal teams.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
