📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of medical supplies and equipment.
• Monitor and optimize warehouse operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the healthcare industry.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and logistics performance.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to negotiate and secure the best possible prices for medical supplies.
• Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure they are following best practices and procedures.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the overall logistics operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics administration or a similar role.
• Proven experience in managing inventory and warehouse operations using ERP systems like SAP.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work well with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards is a plus.
