PT Glow Industri Herbal Care is seeking an experienced Production Planning & Inventory Control (PPIC) Manager to join our team in Cikarang, West Java. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, scheduling, and control of production processes, as well as managing inventory levels to ensure optimal operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse operations and a passion for driving efficiency and productivity in our manufacturing processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement production schedules and plans to meet customer demand and company goals.,Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth production flow and timely delivery of products.,Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Maintain accurate records of production and inventory data, and prepare reports for management.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in the warehouse.,Manage and train warehouse staff to ensure efficient operations and a safe working environment.,Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely receipt and quality of raw materials.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or warehouse industry.,Strong knowledge of production planning and inventory control systems and software.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Effective communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
