As an Electrical Maintenance Admin Staff, you will be responsible for maintaining detailed records of electrical maintenance activities, scheduling preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, and coordinating with internal teams and external vendors. Your ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and your strong organizational skills will be crucial in ensuring the seamless operation of our electrical systems.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain detailed records of electrical maintenance activities using Microsoft Excel and SAP.
• Schedule preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, ensuring timely completion and adherence to safety protocols.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of maintenance services.
• Monitor and track the performance of electrical systems, identifying potential issues and recommending corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive reports on electrical maintenance activities for management review.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards for electrical maintenance.
• Assist in the development and implementation of electrical maintenance strategies to improve system reliability and efficiency.
• Provide administrative support to the Electrical Maintenance Department, including scheduling meetings and managing vendor communications.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical maintenance administration or a related role.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
