📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Monitor and control production processes using SCADA and MES systems
- Optimize production schedules to meet daily targets and minimize downtime
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of production equipment
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and ensure smooth operations
- Provide training and support to production staff on the use of production control systems
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in production control or a similar role
- Familiarity with SCADA and MES systems, such as Wonderware, Siemens WinCC, or Rockwell Automation FactoryTalk
- Knowledge of quality control standards and regulatory requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus
